Sdii Global has expanded our ability to investigate fires and explosions—from standard residential and commercial losses to marine and vehicle fires involving gas, diesel, and electric models, as well as failures related to renewable energy systems such as solar, wind, and battery storage. We can now dive deeper into issues involving vehicle infotainment systems, black box data, and energy storage failures, along with claims involving electrical or mechanical malfunctions. 

Our company’s growing bench of experts includes the recent onboarding of Vincent Rochon, PE, P.Eng., CFEI, CVFI, CFII, IAAI-CFI(V); Dylan Rochon, PE, P.Eng., CFEI, CVFI; and Brandon Erickson, PE. Vincent holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Dylan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and Brandon brings an MBA in Data Analytics along with a B.S. in Renewable Energy and Electrical Engineering. This new talent complements our long-standing fire investigations team—Mike Grubowski, CFI, CFEI, and Irvine Lee Pack, EI, CFEI—who have been supporting our clients with structural fire evaluations for nearly a decade. They're also supported by Jeremy Beagle, CIH, CMCC, CMC, one of our Senior Principal Scientists, who assists this team on the environmental side with soot damage and indoor air quality assessments.

Collectively, this team's experience in product liability, accident reconstruction, fire and explosion investigations, scene mapping, system failure analysis, and component-level teardown inspections significantly broadens SDII’s capabilities.
